Overview
$ALICE is the game’s native currency. There is a fixed supply (100,000,000), and you can get it by purchasing it, earning it as a reward, or buying and selling items for profit.
$ALICE currently lives on Ethereum and BNB Chain.
However, be careful, only $ALICE living on the BNB Chain can be used inside the game.
The reason is simple: My Neighbor Alice lives on the Chromia blockchain and items must be on this blockchain to be used in the game. At the moment, we only have the capability to bridge to Chromia $ALICE living on the BNB Chain.
Of course, in the future, you will also support $ALICE living on Ethereum.
But, what exactly can you do with $ALICE? $ALICE allows you to craft rare NFTs in-game. Of course, before using it to craft, you need to learn how to buy and use $ALICE in-game. The following paragraphs will teach you how.

How to buy $ALICE
The easiest way to buy $ALICE is to do it on our marketplace. Head to https://play.myneighboralice.com ↗ and sign-in with your account.
Then click on your name and go to My Assets.
Click $ALICE Balance, and you will have a pop-up window where you can buy $ALICE.
In your My Assets section you also have your BNB Balance. There is a simple reason for that: if you plan to buy items on the marketplace that live on the BNB Chain, you will also need to buy BNB to pay for the transaction fees (called gas fees). You can easily buy BNB in the same section by clicking on BNB Balance and following the same procedure explained for ALICE.
You won’t need to buy or own BNB if you trade assets directly in-game. To learn more about in-game trading, head to 🤝In-game Trading.
If you are already familiar with the blockchain world, you may consider buying $ALICE on some major exchanges. Indeed, $ALICE has been listed on some major exchanges such as Binance, Coinbase, Coinstore, Kucoin.
How to use $ALICE in-game
If you want to use $ALICE in-game to craft NFTs, you must click on the in-game balance and deposit the amount you would like to have in-game.
