Overview
The Pudgy Penguins x My Neighbor Alice integration brings full Web3 interoperability into the heart of Lummelunda, allowing Pudgy holders to bring their exact NFTs into the game and unlock exclusive gameplay, crafting, monetization, and community experiences.
This collaboration includes:

Free Trial Land
All Pudgy Penguins community members can claim a Free Trial Land, with a unique advantage:
One plot located directly around the Pudgy Hub inside the Tinsel Falls region (Snowflake Wilds island).
One additional plot randomly allocated from the general pool of Free Trial Lands.
This allows Pudgy holders to secure two Free Trial Lands, while most other users can only claim one.
These lands allow players to start building, exploring, and participating in the game without purchasing land upfront.
⚠️ Spots are limited, so make sure to claim your Free Trial Lands as soon as possible.
Companions
Pudgy Penguins and Lil Pudgys act as in-game companions, following your avatar as you explore Lummelunda.
Holders will first receive an egg representing their own Pudgy Penguins NFT.
Players can equip up to 3 companions at the same time.
The companion follows the player’s avatar throughout their journey, adding a unique and personal touch to the game experience.
How to hatch the Pudgy Egg?
Companion eggs don’t hatch instantly — they go through a multi-stage hatching process (e.g. 10 stages, subject to game balancing). Here’s how it works:
Eggs start at Stage 1.
To advance stages, players interact with a special Hatcher NPC.
The hatching process: Interact with the NPC → open the hatching menu → select your companion → provide the required items (which are burned to simulate feeding/caring).
After advancing to a new stage, a cooldown timer activates before further progression is allowed. Once the cooldown ends, players can proceed to the next stage by feeding the required items again.
Rods as Fishing Skins
Holders of Pudgy Rod NFTs can equip them as fishing rod skins.
This allows players to personalize their fishing experience visually.
Pudgy Fishes (Exclusive Fishing Mechanic)
Eligibility: Players who own a Pudgy Penguin, Lil Pudgy, or Pudgy Rod NFT (connected to their MNA account) are eligible to catch exclusive Pudgy Fishes — available only inside the Tinsel Falls region.
These fish aren’t just for personal use — you can sell them to other players and give them the possibility to craft Pudgy-themed items, creating new opportunities for trading and monetization inside the game.
Usage: Pudgy Fishes serve multiple gameplay purposes:
Required for certain Quest Objectives.
Required for Pudgy Companion Quests & Hatching.
Required for crafting exclusive Pudgy items (Placeables & Equippables).
Pudgy Land — The Community Hub
Located inside Tinsel Falls (Snowflake Wilds).
Fully themed Pudgy Hub with dedicated Pudgy-styled NPCs.
NPCs offer special quests that are only accessible to Pudgy NFT holders, allowing them to craft exclusive Pudgy-themed items.
Regular players will also find NPCs offering quests, giving everyone a chance to engage, explore, and earn rewards, even without holding a Pudgy NFT.
Pudgy Land will be an open social space for all players to visit and interact.
Wearables & Placeables
Holders can craft Pudgy-themed Wearables and Placeables.
These can be crafted an unlimited number of times.
Emotes
Holders unlock access to craft Pudgy-themed Emotes.
Emotes can be crafted as many times as desired.
Non-holders may purchase these emotes from holders through the in-game marketplace.
Monetization Highlights
Holders are the exclusive source of supply for Pudgy-themed craftables and emotes.
All crafted assets are tradable, opening direct monetization paths inside the game.
Pudgy holders fuel the in-game economy while enjoying unique gameplay benefits.
